Abstract

The invention discloses stropharia rugoso-annulata polysaccharide, and a preparation method and application thereof. The polysaccharide is prepared by sequentially carrying out water extraction and alcohol precipitation, protein removal, ion-exchange column chromatography and dialysis concentration on stropharia rugoso-annulata fruit bodies. The stropharia rugoso-annulata polysaccharide is a heteropolysaccharide composed of alpha-D-galactose, alpha-D-glucose and beta-D-glucose, wherein the molar ratio of residues of alpha-D-galactose to residues of glucose (including the alpha-D-glucose and the beta-D-glucose) is 3:1, and the molar ratio of residues of the alpha-D-glucose to the residues of the beta-D-glucose is 2:1. The polysaccharide has remarkable immunoregulatory activity.
