Abstract

The invention discloses a Ralstonia pickettii M1 strain and application thereof in degrading phenanthrene and biphenyl. The M1 strain is a degraded strain obtained through acclimation and separation of sewage from a certain electronic waste recycling plant in Qingyuan, Guangdong Province by taking the phenanthrene and the biphenyl as carbon sources. According to the morphology, physiological characteristics, Gram reaction, 16S rDNA gene sequencing analysis and phylogenetic analysis of the strain, the strain is identified as Ralstonia pickettii M1. The strain can utilize the phenanthrene and the biphenyl as the carbon sources, and the degradation rate can reach 60% or above after culture is performed for 3 days in an inorganic salt culture solution with an initial concentration of 100 mg / Lof the phenanthrene and biphenyl.
