Abstract

The present invention relates to an autologous-regenerating repair dressing for a caesarean incision. The dressing includes a matrix consisting of hydrogel, an autologous functional component, and a bio-crosslinking component. The bio-crosslinking component and the autologous functional component are mixed and then arranged on at least one surface of the matrix. The invention also relates to a preparation method of the dressing. The dressing is advantageous in that autoblood in caesarean can be effectively utilized, the prepared autologous functional component can effectively arrest bleeding, promote incision healing and suppress scar formation, the dressing can form good adhesion with skin without the need of other adhesive and fixing measures, and the dressing is high in biological safety and free of immunological risks.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical biological materials, in particular to an autologous regeneration repair dressing for a cesarean section incision and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Cesarean section is one of the important means to deal with difficult labor. With the increasing rate of cesarean section, incision nonunion or poor healing caused by incision infection, dehiscence, fat liquefaction and other factors after cesarean section are the main complications after cesarean section. Among them, the incision non-healing or poor healing caused by maternal obesity, anemia or advanced age is particularly prominent. In addition, with the improvement of the quality of life, the requirements for the quality of incision healing are also increasing. [0003] As a special group, pregnant and lying-in women have more special and prudent requirements for treatment methods. Factors such as changes in endocrine...
