The soft capsule is prepared from capsule skin andcapsule contents, wherein each part of capsule liquid is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 1%-10% of industrial hemp full-spectrum oil, 15%-45% of fish oil, 0.5%-1% of vitamin D oil, 0.5%-5% of vitamin E oil, and the balance of cannabis oil; and each part of capsule skin is prepared from medical gelatin, purified water and glycerin according to the weight ratio of1 to (0.5 to 2) to (0.2 to 1).
