Abstract

The invention relates to a biomass-based film material with high strength and toughness and a preparation process of the film material. The film material is prepared by using maleic anhydride modifiedchitosan, o-acylated chitosan, biomass-based 1,4-butane diisocyanate, bio-based 1,6-hexanediol, four-arm polyethylene glycol propionaldehyde and eight-arm hydroxybutyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane as raw materials through film formation by solution casting. The biomass composite material provided by the invention has a simple processing technology and excellent strength and toughness, canbe degraded, and can be applied to the fields of packaging and industry requiring the high-strength high-toughness film.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of a biomass-based membrane material, in particular to a preparation method of a membrane material with excellent strength and toughness, degradability and certain antibacterial properties. Background technique [0002] The proportion of membrane materials in materials is very large, and most membrane materials are still made of plastic materials. On the one hand, although plastic materials have excellent mechanical properties and wide applicability, they are derived from petroleum products and cannot be degraded. Environmental pollution has also caused waste of resources. On the other hand, it is very difficult for plastic materials to achieve certain functions due to their single groups. It is currently becoming a challenge to find alternative materials with excellent performance, functionality and renewable materials. The top priority of research in the field of materials; especially in the field of ca...
