This invention relates to the field of functional
textile materials technology, and discloses a
fluorine-free waterproof fabric and its preparation process. The
fluorine-free waterproof fabric is composed of a host-guest inclusion crosslinking type
organosilicon synergistic film-forming agent, an organic
small molecule film-forming component, a crosslinking
promoter, a dispersant stabilizer, a
softening agent, and a
solvent. The host-guest inclusion crosslinking type
organosilicon synergistic film-forming agent is prepared by forming a host-guest inclusion structure with β-
cyclodextrin and
adamantane carboxylic acid, followed by reactive modification with 3-
isocyanate propyltriethoxysilane. The organic
small molecule film-forming component is
norbornene-2-
carboxylic acid. Through host-guest inclusion, crosslinking, and organic
small molecule synergistic film formation, a stable and dense
fluorine-free waterproof functional layer is formed on the fabric surface. This invention significantly improves waterproof performance and its washability and abrasion resistance without using fluorine-containing compounds, while also maintaining the soft hand feel of the fabric, demonstrating good environmental friendliness and application prospects.
