The DNA of goat complete genome to be detected is used asa formwork, through PCR, a part of fragment of the goat DNAH1 gene is amplified, then agarose gel electrophoresis is performed, and according to the electrophoresis result, the genotype of insertion / deletion polymorphism site of NC_030829.1:g.48594103_48594129 site 27-bp of the goat DNAH1 gene is identified. According to the correlation analysis result, the inventor finds that different genotypesof the 27-bp insertion / deletion polymorphism of the goat DNAH1 gene has significant correlation relationship with lambing number traits of Shanbei white cashmere goats, and a DNA marker capable of increasing goat lambing number trait exists. The method for detecting the insertion / deletion polymorphism of the goat DNAH1 gene provided by the invention can be applied to molecular marker assisted selective breeding of goats, and establishing of good goat heredity resource groups is accelerated.
