Problems solved by technology

Arecoline can stimulate M receptors to compensate for the lack of acetylcholine, promote body excitement, and improve learning and memory capabilities; arecoline can significantly increase the tension of the duodenal intestine in rabbits, reduce the contraction amplitude, and do not affect the contraction frequency; in addition, Arecoline has inhibitory effects on Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus cereus, and Salmonella gallinarum, but there are few reports on antioxidant research

Embodiment 1

[0024] Example 1: Compound identification of plant-derived antioxidants

[0025] A, antioxidant preparation:

[0026] Accurately weigh 3.1038g of arecoline, add 5mL of distilled water to dissolve, stir gently to make it completely dissolved, add distilled water to make up to 10mL. The completely dissolved and no bubbles were selected as the mother liquor, which was used for the identification of antioxidants.

[0027] Accurately weigh 2.5428g norarecoline, add 5mL of distilled water to dissolve, stir gently to make it completely dissolved, add distilled water to make up to 10mL. The completely dissolved and no bubbles were selected as the mother liquor, which was used for the identification of antioxidants.

[0028] B. Identification of antioxidants:

[0029] (1) Preparation of different concentrations of antioxidants: prepare 6 different concentrations of arecoline solutions, namely 0mM arecoline, 0.5mM arecoline (molar mass concentration, that is, 77.595mg arecoline per l...

Abstract

The invention, which belongs to the technical field of natural antioxidants, provides a compound plant-derived antioxidant and an antioxidant activity detection method. According to the invention, thestudy shows that content ratios of all components in the areca-nut total alkaloids serve as key factors influencing the oxidation resistance of the arecoline extract for the first time, so that different arecoline is creatively compounded and studied. The result demonstrates that compounding of arecoline and guvacine hydrochloride based on a molar ratio of 12.8 to 13.3 has an obvious antioxidantsynergistic effect, so that a plant-derived antioxidant with remarkably improved activity is obtained. The detection method is simple and easy to implement; and the oxidation resistance capabilities of various plant-derived antioxidants in different compounding ratios can be identified in short time. The compound plant-derived antioxidant and an antioxidant activity detection method has the greatsignificance in maintaining the sustainable development of the antioxidants.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of natural antioxidants, and in particular relates to a compound type plant-derived antioxidant and a method for detecting antioxidant activity. Background technique [0002] Antioxidants are a class of substances that can prevent auto-oxidation or increase the oxidation stability of other substances to a large extent. According to the source, antioxidants can be divided into natural antioxidants and synthetic antioxidants. The former exists in animals, plants or microorganisms, while the latter can only be synthesized by chemical methods. According to the mechanism, antioxidants can be divided into primary antioxidants and secondary antioxidants. The former can capture active free radicals, so they are also called free radical scavenger; they provide hydrogen atoms to free radicals and form relatively stable free radicals themselves; Or directly combined with active free radicals to form a stable free radi...
