The standard substance is uniform, stable, wide in component concentration range and low in leverage value, so that requirements of DHI measurement can be achieved, and the influences of the correlation between fatand protein content in natural milk samples on the calibration accuracy of the DHI standard substance can be reduced; and after a DHI standard substance calibration instrument is used, the accuracy of the instrument can be enhanced, measurement levels can be improved and maintain stable, and inter-laboratory consistency can be increased.
