Problems solved by technology

[0002] In recent years, due to its light weight, high fluidity, thermal insulation, and high construction efficiency, foam concrete has been used more and more in abutment backfill, subgrade filling, roof insulation, lightweight thermal insulation wall panels, and tunnel top load-reducing backfill. However, in the process of market application, there are problems such as poor stability of the foamed concrete slurry prepared by the foaming agent, collapse of the mold, poor one-time pouring height, and high water absorption due to the poor stability of the foaming agent. A large number of applications in foam concrete also have problems such as low early strength that lead to slow construction progress, which affects the further promotion and use of foam concrete

Abstract

The invention provides an early-strength waterproof foaming agent for foam concrete. The foaming agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of water; a foaming component, including 9 to 15 parts of potassium lauryl ether phosphate, 4 to 8 parts of lauramidopropyl hydroxysulfobetaine and 3 to 6 parts of coco fatty acid diethanolamide; a foam stabilizing component, including 1 to 2 parts of Arabic gum, 0.8 to 2 parts of pentasodium triphosphate and 0.5 to 1.2 parts of ammonium chloride; an early strength component, including 1.5 to 3 parts of sodium sulfate and 1 to 2.5 parts of sodium carbonate; and a waterproof component, including 1.2-2.5 parts of methyl sodium silicate. The early-strength waterproof foaming agent can improve foam stability and the stabilityof foam concrete slurry, increase the pouring height of disposable foam concrete, enhance construction efficiency and improve the early strength and the waterproofness of the foam concrete.
