Problems solved by technology

Because it is difficult to remove completely, the purity of nanomaterials is not high, and there is a certain waste of resources (see Energy&Fuels 2006, 20, 1275-1280); using dimethylformamide as a solvothermal reaction solvent, it can be used in g-C 3 N 4 The surface is doped with a nitrogen source, but dimethylformamide, as a commonly used high-temperature solvothermal reaction solvent, has stable chemical properties and cannot provide sufficient nitrogen source under high temperature conditions, resulting in the nitrogen doping on the surface only forming N-H bonds. Poor activity (see Applied Surface Science, 2018, 459, 845-852)

Embodiment 1

[0041] an N-g-C 3 N 4 A preparation method for a visible light catalyst, comprising the steps of:

[0042] (1) Weigh 5g of melamine powder in a semi-sealed crucible with a lid, program the temperature at 5°C / min in a muffle furnace, and roast at a constant temperature of 550°C for 4h to obtain block g-C 3 N 4 ;

[0043] (2) Weigh 500mg block g-C 3 N 4 After grinding into powder, the g-C 3 N 4 Spread the powder on the bottom of a 2*4cm porcelain boat, and draw a "well" line. Program the temperature at 2.5°C / min in a muffle furnace, bake at a constant temperature of 500°C for 1.5h, and cool to room temperature to obtain a few-layer g-C 3 N 4 ;

[0044] (3) Add 30mg of few-layer g-C 3 N 4 Disperse in 30mL N,N-dimethylacetamide organic solvent, disperse evenly to obtain a dispersion liquid, transfer the dispersion liquid to a reaction kettle lined with polytetrafluoroethylene, heat up for solvothermal reaction (keep at 200°C 10h), then cooled to room temperature, centr...

Embodiment 2

[0046] Embodiment 2 is basically the same as Embodiment 1, the only difference is that ethylenediamine is used as the organic solvent in step (3).

Embodiment 3

[0048] Example 3 is basically the same as Example 1, except that N-methylacetamide is used as the organic solvent in step (3).

Abstract

The invention discloses a nitrogen-doped graphite-like carbon nitride visible-light-induced photocatalyst as well as a preparation method and application thereof. According to the method, a thermal stripping-solvothermal combination preparation method is adopted, and the synthesized N-g-C3N4 has excellent photocatalytic performance. According to the method, melamine is used as a raw material, common organic solvents such as N,N-dimethylacetamide are used for synthesizing the N-g-C3N4 photocatalyst through a solvothermal reaction, the method has the advantages that the operation is simple, theraw materials are easy to obtain, no additive is added, the cost is low, the application condition is mild, and the method is environmentally friendly, and a reference scheme is provided for nitrogenatom doping. The N-g-C3N4 photocatalyst disclosed by the invention is excellent in performance and good in stability, has great application potential in the aspect of photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants, and has photocatalytic degradation efficiency of 95% or above on organic dyes such as rhodamine B under visible light.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of photocatalysis, in particular to a nitrogen-doped graphite-like carbon nitride (N-g-C 3 N 4 ) Visible light catalyst and its preparation method and application. Background technique [0002] Photocatalytic technology uses semiconductor materials as the catalyst carrier and uses a steady stream of sunlight as the light source. It has the advantages of high energy utilization rate, low energy consumption, and wide application range. It is one of the hot research fields for environmental pollution control today. [0003] Carbon nitride (g-C 3 N 4 ) as a metal-free visible light photocatalyst exhibits excellent stability, and also has the advantages of adjustable composition and flexible and adjustable energy band position. However, the current g-C 3 N 4 , there are problems such as small specific surface area and low energy utilization efficiency of visible light, which limit its application in photoca...
