Abstract

The asphalt modifier is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of a styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer, 30-35 parts of a high-modulus main agent, 20-30 parts of a high-viscosity main agent, 10-15 parts of butadiene styrene rubber, 1-5 parts of zinc oxide, 1-5 parts of carbon black, 2-4 parts of glass fibers, 1-5 parts of an efficient solubilizer and 1-3 parts of an antioxidant. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing the styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer, the high-modulus main agent, the high-viscosity main agent, the styrene-butadiene rubber, the efficient solubilizer and the antioxidant, sequentially adding into a stirring device, and stirring at room temperature for 20 minutes to obtain a mixture; and (2) adding zinc oxide, carbonblack and glass fiber into the mixture, stirring for 10 minutes, and then extruding and granulating by adopting a double-screw extruder to obtain the high-viscosity and high-modulus asphalt modifier.
