Abstract

The invention discloses a superhydrophobic magnetic response micro-rib array for directionally transporting liquid droplets and a preparation method thereof. In the present invention, the PMMA template is firstly prepared by laser ablation technology, and the PDMS prepolymer, curing agent and carbonyl iron powder are evenly mixed and poured on the template, vacuum degassed and magnetized on the surface of the carbonyl iron powder particles, and the excess on the surface of the template is scraped off. Mix the solution; then pour the mixture of pure PDMS prepolymer and curing agent, and peel off the template after heating and curing to obtain the surface of the magnetically responsive microrib array structure; finally, use laser ablation technology to modify the surface of the microrib structure to obtain superhydrophobic Magnetically responsive microrib array surface. The superhydrophobic magnetic response microrib array prepared by the invention has fast response speed and reversible magnetic response process.
