Abstract

The invention discloses a centrifugal pump containing a rotor integrated vane axial flux permanent magnet motor. The centrifugal pump includes a machine shell and an axial flux permanent magnet synchronous motor installed in the machine shell. The machine shell includes a stator machine shell and a rotor machine shell, and the axial flux permanent magnet motor includes a stator and a rotor. The stator includes a stator core and a coil, and the rotor includes a rotor yoke, a bushing and a permanent magnet. The rotor constitutes an impeller of the centrifugal pump simultaneously. The permanent magnet is embedded in the bushing in an interference-fit mode and serves as a single vane of the centrifugal pump impeller. During operation, a stator winding is energized to generate a rotating magnetic field which interacts with the permanent magnetic field on the impeller to drive the impeller to rotate. During the process, a fluid medium flows through a flow channel between the vanes, and the pressure is increased. The centrifugal pump has the advantages of small axial size, small number of parts, and high power density. Meanwhile, the fluid medium is used to cool heat generating parts of the motor to ensure that the centrifugal pump can be used in extreme environments. The problem of wind noise caused by the thin-walled vanes of traditional centrifugal pumps is further solved.
