The present invention pertains to a moisture-barrier laminate film 10 which comprises: a plastic film (A) having an inorganic barrier layer (A1) at the surface thereof; and a moisture trap layer (B),the moisture-barrier laminate film 10 being characterized in that, between the plastic film (A) and the moisture trap layer (B), an isocyanate-based coating (C) is provided which has, as a film-forming constituent, an isocyanate-based polymer obtained by a reaction using an isocyanate as a reaction constituent, and the moisture trap layer (B) is formed with the isocyanate-based coating (C) as a foundation layer.
