Based on the system, the invention further provides an intelligent bird repelling algorithm framework, a deep learning strategy based on a convolutional neural network is introduced, bird flock recognition model parameters are iteratively updated, and therefore automatic optimization of recognition precision is achieved. The system and the method provided by the invention can beregarded as integrated application of the existing hardware technology and related algorithms, so that the system and the method have openness from inside to outside, system performance can be enhanced by gradually adding hardware and automatically upgrading software, and good engineering practicability is achieved.
