The method is characterized in that stainless steel sheets are punched with a punchforming technology, and a main body of a box part is obtained; a residual deformation structure in the part after the punch forming is eliminated by the stress relief annealing treatment, and deformation stress is restored; and for the process of reciprocating hydraulic deformation, martensitic transformation of an austenite structure at the part is induced by strain in a loading area of the box,box strength is increased by the martensitic structure, the austenite structure at the other part is retained, and therefore, the box has good toughness.
