According to the technical scheme, a POE ingredient is added into an interlayer, the temperatures of all regions of a film blowing machine barrel region are reduced by 10 DEG C, the phenomenon of gelatinization of the POE is avoided, thus, the effect of the POE is fully exerted, and precipitation of the POE is avoided. According to the filmblowing containing method, the POE is effectively isolated on the interlayer, the POE cannot be precipitated, the high toughness of the POE can be fully exerted, the elongation at break of a product is increased, and the loading capacity is improved. It is shown through experimental verification that the mechanical performance of a prepared product is obviously superior to that of conventional products, the elongation at break is remarkably increased, and the loading capacity and the safety of use can be effectively improved. The strength and the toughness of a bag are enhanced, the phenomenonof bag exploding is not generated in the using process, losses are reduced, the trouble generated when a client uses the bag is solved, and a better use effect is achieved.
