Abstract

The invention discloses application of Shixiaosan in preparation of a medicine for treating endometriosis pain symptom. Experiments prove that the Shixiaosan is capable of remarkably improving thermalradiation pain and mechanical pain thresholds of endometriosis rats, effectively improving DRG neuron damage, and reducing the density of nerve fibers NF200 in ectopic intimal tissue; compared with apseudo-operation group, the expressions of IL-1beta, IL-6 and TNF-alpha in ectopic endometrial tissues and serum of a model group are all remarkably improved, and the Shixiaosan can remarkably reduceexpression levels of IL-1beta, IL-6 and TNF-alpha in the serum and ectopic endometrial tissues of an endometriosis rat, so that the Shixiaosan can reduce the level of inflammatory factors to inhibitthe occurrence and development of endometriosis, and meanwhile, can effectively relieve the pain of endometriosis by improving DRG neuron damage and reducing the density of the nerve fibers.
