Abstract

The dyeing process comprises the following four steps of conducting pretreatment on the fabric; feeding the dacron blended yarn weaved fabric into cooking liquor, adding a caustic soda solution to the cooking liquor, adding a mixture of appropriate sodium sulfite, sodium silicate and sodium phosphate into the cooking liquor, cooking the fabric, fishing up the fabric and then feeding the fabric into bleaching liquid to be bleached; preparing dye liquor; adding clear water and dye into a dye vat, adding caustic soda,heating to 50-60 DEG C, adding a dispersing agent, a surface active agent and a dye leveler into the dye vat, and then conducting ultrasonic dispersion treatment; and dyeing, washing and drying the fabric. According to the dyeing process, impurities on the surface of the pretreated fabric are effectively removed so that the fabric is colored more easily, and the color fastness of the colored fabric is higher.
