Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of reverse osmosis composite membrane separation, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a reverse osmosis membrane which is free of color andfoam in produced water, high in desalination rate and large in produced water flux. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, coating the surface of a polysulfone porous support membrane with a layer of aqueous solution containing water-soluble macromolecules, removing liquid, then coating the surface of the membrane with a layer of aqueous phase solution containing polyamine, removing liquid again, then coating the surface of the membrane with a layer of oil phase solution containing polyacyl chloride, and then carrying out heat treatment and drying at a certain temperature; rinsingthe reverse osmosis membrane subjected to heat treatment drying in pure water at a certain temperature to remove residual polyamine monomers in the membrane; and finally, carrying out secondary heattreatment and drying to obtain the final reverse osmosis membrane.
