Abstract

The invention relates to an aqueous two-phase extraction method of pigments in cinnamomum camphora fruits, which comprises the following steps: (1) collecting cinnamomum camphora fruits, and pretreating to obtain crushed cinnamomum camphora fruits for later use; (2) dissolving an inorganic salt in water, adding an organic phase, performing phase splitting to form an aqueous two-phase extracting agent; adjusting the temperature of the aqueous two-phase extracting agent to be 25-80 DEG C and the pH value to be 3-9; adding crushed cinnamomum camphora fruits until the solid-to-liquid ratio of thecrushed cinnamomum camphora fruits to the aqueous two-phase extracting agent is 1g: (10-50) mL, stirring and extracting for 20-120 minutes, centrifuging, standing and carrying out phase separation toobtain an upper phase of acetone and pigment and a lower phase of salt and part of impurities; and collecting the upper phase, carrying out rotary evaporation, drying the upper phase under a vacuum condition to obtain pigments, weighing, and calculating the extraction rate of the pigments. The method disclosed by the invention has a relatively high extraction rate of the pigments in the cinnamomumcamphora fruits, and the highest pigment extraction rate can reach about 20wt%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of plant pigment extraction, in particular to a method for extracting pigment from camphor fruit in two aqueous phases. Background technique [0002] Pigments are widely used in people's lives. At present, most of the pigments used in the cosmetics industry and food industry are synthetic pigments. Although they have the advantages of bright color and not easy to fade, most of them are toxic and will endanger people's health, so they are gradually being used. Natural colorings are substituted. [0003] Cinnamomum camphora has a wide branch in my country, and the fruit of Cinnamomum camphora is large and easy to get. The cost of raw materials for extracting pigments from camphor fruit is low. The natural pigment extracted from camphor fruit can replace artificial synthetic pigment to dye food and clothing, and is an excellent substitute for artificial pigment. However, the value of camphor fruit remains to...
