Abstract

In order to solve the problem that a large amount of hot air forms an urban heat island effect due to the fact that an existing range hood directly exhausts kitchen oil fume to a public flue or outdoors, the invention provides a kitchen integrated electric appliance and a control method thereof, and the kitchen integrated electric appliance comprises a range hood assembly and a cold air and hot water assembly. The range hood assembly comprises a smoke exhaust air duct, a lampblack separator, a centrifugal impeller and a motor; and the cold air and hot water assembly comprises a compressor, a throttling device, a water storage device, a refrigerating air duct, a reversing device, a first heat exchanger used for exchanging heat with smoke of the smoke exhaust air duct, a second heat exchanger used for exchanging heat with water of the water storage device, an evaporator used for cooling air in the refrigerating air duct and a draught fan. According to the kitchen integrated electric appliance and the control method thereof, the urban heat island effect caused by a range hood can be reduced, hot water required by life is prepared by utilizing heat of kitchen lampblack, cold air is released as required, the problem of stuffiness of a kitchen is solved, energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved, and a comfortable cooking environment is provided.
