Embodiment 1

[0016] Two types of residues from forestry and agriculture are selected as solid-state fermentation raw materials for earthworm culture substrates. The selected residues include: corn stalks, corn cobs, mulberry leaves and mulberry wood chips, a total of 4 kinds of biomass residue raw materials. Its chemical composition determination results and weighted carbon-nitrogen ratio data are shown in Table 1.

[0017] The moisture content of corn stalks, corncobs, twig leaves and twig wood chips were measured respectively and the dry matter weight was calculated. Prepare the raw material mixture with the weighted carbon-nitrogen ratio of 25:1 as the standard, and calculate the formula based on the dry matter mass: 30% of corn stalks (wet weight 315kg), 28% of corncobs (wet weight 298kg), 40% of the leaves (wet weight 470kg) ), and 2% of wood chips (wet weight 25kg). After the formula is completed, add 1500kg of quality water and stir thoroughly. After the stirred mixture is boxed,...

Embodiment 2

[0019] Two types of residues from forestry and grassland (grassland) cutting waste are selected as solid-state fermentation raw materials for earthworm culture substrates. The selected residues include: lawn cuttings, grass leaves and wood chips, a total of 3 kinds of biomass residue raw materials. Its chemical composition determination results and weighted carbon-nitrogen ratio data are shown in Table 1.

[0020] The moisture content of lawn cuttings, leaves and sawdust raw materials were measured respectively, and the dry matter weight was calculated. With the weighted carbon-nitrogen ratio 25:1 as the standard preparation raw material mixture, formula is calculated with dry matter quality: lawn mows and abandons forage 30% (wet weight 385kg), truss leaves 65% (wet weight 765kg) and truss wood shavings 5% ( Wet weight 55.5kg). Add the water of 1400kg quality after formula is finished and stir fully. After the stirred mixture is boxed, it is fed with compressed air, and th...

Embodiment 3

[0022] Three types of residues from agriculture, forestry and grassland (grassland) are selected as solid-state fermentation raw materials for earthworm culture substrates. The selected residues include: lawn cuttings, leaves and corn stalks, a total of 3 kinds of biomass residue raw materials. Its chemical composition determination results and weighted carbon-nitrogen ratio data are shown in Table 1.

[0023] The moisture content of lawn cuttings, wood chips and corn stalks were measured respectively, and the dry matter weight was calculated. The weighted carbon-nitrogen ratio 25:1 is used as the standard to prepare the raw material mixture, and the formula is calculated by dry matter mass: 30% (wet weight 385kg) of lawn mowed forage, 40% (wet weight 430kg) and 30% corn stalks ( Wet weight 333.5kg). Add the water of 1400kg quality after formula is finished and stir fully. After the stirred mixture is boxed, it is fed with compressed air, and the air flow rate is 1L per kil...

Abstract

A cleaning earthworm culture substrate and a preparation method and application thereof. The straw-type agricultural residues, the branches and leaves forestry residues or the forages cut from the grassland are selected as raw materials, and the lignin, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total oxygen and total oxygen in the raw materials are measured. For the ash content, the contents of lignin, total phosphorus and ash components are used as independent variables, and the 30-day weight gain of the selected worm species is used as the response variable to carry out the experimental design. The carbon-nitrogen ratio is weighted to obtain the weighted carbon-nitrogen ratio. Water is added to the raw materials and fully stirred. After the stirred mixture is packed into a box, compressed air is introduced. After fermentation, it is out of the box for exposure or drying. After standing in a ventilated environment, it can be used for the cultivation of earthworm species. The invention solves the sanitation, safety and environmental problems existing in the existing earthworm cultivation process, and realizes the resourceful and synergistic utilization of various agricultural, forestry and grass residues.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the fields of fermentation engineering, animal breeding and environmental protection, and in particular relates to a clean earthworm culture substrate and its preparation method and application. Background technique [0002] With the development of science and technology and people's increasing attention to environmental protection and health issues, the cultivation and application of earthworms have also attracted more and more attention from industries. At present, earthworm-related industries include aquaculture, poultry and livestock breeding, medical and health industries, food industry, environmental protection and soil improvement projects, etc. However, in stark contrast to the rapid expansion and upgrading of earthworm-related industries, the large-scale breeding methods of earthworms, especially the preparation of base materials, are still relatively backward and rough. In terms of base material preparation methods, ...
