Embodiment Construction

[0046] In order to make the object, technical solution and advantages of the present invention more clear, the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described here are only used to explain the present invention, not to limit the present invention.

[0047] Aiming at the problems existing in the prior art, the present invention provides a novel spinal minimally invasive surgery kit and application method. The present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0048] like Figure 1-Figure 2 As shown, the present invention provides a novel spinal minimally invasive surgery kit, comprising a power handle 1 with a protective sheath 1-1, and a set of burr bits 2 matched therewith.

[0049] The head end of the protective sheath 1-1 is designed with a double-slope semi-surrounding structure 1-1-1 and is integrally formed with ...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and discloses a novel minimally invasive spine surgery kit and an application method thereof. The novel minimally invasive spine surgery kit is characterized in that the head end of a protective sleeve adopts a double-bevel half-surrounded design so as to block tissues from undesirable damage, and reduce action range of a grinding drill bit during operation. The protective sleeve and a power handle are integrally designed so that the protective sleeve and the grinding drill bit are kept at relatively fixed positions during operation, thereby facilitating operation. A supporting bearing is arranged at the front end of the grinding drill bit, and has a diameter matched with the inner diameter of the protective sleeve so asto effectively prevent deviating and lateral grinding of the grinding drill bit in the protective sleeve, thereby making the grinding drill bit more stable. The novel minimally invasive spine surgerykit provided by the invention can be used under endoscopic lumbar discectomy and other spinal endoscopy for grinding off bone tissue expected to be removed by the grinding drill bit under direct view;and the protective sleeve can reduce the action range of the grinding drill bit during operation, as well as block off surrounding soft tissues, spinal dura mater and nerve roots. Thus, the novel minimally invasive spine surgery kit is capable of reducing damages on the soft tissues, the spinal dura mater and the nerve roots so as to ensure curative effect and safety of the operation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of medical devices, and in particular relates to a novel spinal minimally invasive surgery kit and an application method. Background technique [0002] At present, spinal endoscopy is the most commonly used minimally invasive method for the treatment of intervertebral disc diseases, which has the advantages of definite curative effect and less trauma. The specific method is to enter the disease-causing target of intervertebral disc herniation through a puncture tube at the side and rear of the patient's waist, and perform local operations. [0003] Among them, the key step in the establishment of the surgical working channel is the formation of the intervertebral foramen, which determines the success or failure of the operation. During this process, we need to remove certain bony structures and surrounding tissues, expand the intervertebral foramen space to allow the operating equipment to enter, and reach ...
