Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting nanoscale plastic particles in an animal biological sample, and relates to the field of biological monitoring by utilizing the animal biological sample and toxicological research of tissues and organs. The method comprises the following steps: collecting biological samples such as animal marine products, rodent experimental animal organs and the like,digesting and releasing plastic particles in the samples through alkali liquor, carrying out surface modification on the nano-plastic by utilizing the properties of the digested product, and extracting the nano-plastic by utilizing the effects of solid-phase adsorbent adsorption, coating coagulating sedimentation and the like; and finally, detecting the concentration of the plastic specific indication compound by using a Pyr-GC-MS combined platform, and converting the mass concentration of the indication compound into the mass of the nano plastic. The problems caused by different filter membrane apertures, filter membrane blockage and the like when plastic in a tissue sample is extracted through conventional membrane filtration are solved.
