Abstract
The invention provides application of an active-mica-containing composition in preparation of a medicine for improving activity of intracellular superoxide dismutase and belongs to the technical fieldof biological big health. According to the application of the active-mica-containing composition in the preparation of the medicine for improving the activity of the intracellular superoxide dismutase, the oxidation resisting and aging resisting properties of the active-mica-containing composition are judged through acting on SGC-7901 cells for 24h with active-mica-containing compositions dilutedin different proportions, thoroughly cracking the cells, then, taking supernatants as samples to be detected, and detecting superoxide dismutase activity of the samples by employing a total-SOD activity detection method (WST-8 method), and it is proven that the active-mica-containing composition can be used for improving the activity of the intracellular superoxide dismutase and can maintain normal growth forms of the cells under the condition of certain degree of dilution. By applying the active-mica-containing composition to improvement on the activity of the intracellular superoxide dismutase, a basis is provided for application in big health industries such as human free radical clearing, aging resisting and facial beautification in future.
