The invention relates to a blade tip timing and optimization random forest model-based blade crack online measurement method, which comprises the following steps: arranging a plurality of blade tip timing sensors at different positions of a casing of a rotary machine, measuring the arrival time of a blade reaching each blade tip timing sensor through the blade tip timing sensors, and solving bladevibration data; measuring vibration data of the crack-free blade and the crack blade under the simulated working condition by combining a rotating machinery working condition simulation test bed, marking the vibration data of the crack-free blade as a positive sample, and marking the vibration data of the crack blade as a negative sample; carrying out sample equalization on the positive and negative samples, then sending the positive and negative samples into a random forest classifier for training, carrying out hyper-parameter optimization on the random forest classifier by utilizing a gridsearch and out-of-bag error verification method, and establishing an optimized random forest classification model; classifying the blade vibration data under the operation condition in real time by optimizing the random forest classification model, and achieving online measurement of the cracks of the full-stage blade of the rotary machine.
