Abstract

The invention discloses a water-based ink composition containing an interface conditioning agent. The water-based ink composition is prepared from 5 to 10 weight percent of a polar component A, 8 to 15 weight percent of a non-polar component B, 40 to 50 weight percent of water-based resin or emulsion, 10 to 15 weight percent of water, 10 to 15 weight percent of a pigment, 2 to 5 weight percent ofa coalescing agent and 5 to 10 weight percent of a defoaming agent. A preparation method comprises the steps: adding part of the defoaming agent and other raw materials into a dispersing device, dispersing for 10-30 minutes at the rotating speed of 500-1500 rpm, adding the rest defoaming agent, and dispersing for 5-20 minutes at the rotating speed of 150-450 rpm. The water-based ink composition contains the interface regulator, is used for PP or PE printing, is high in tinting strength and adhesive force and good in ink wettability, can be uniformly attached to a PP or PE film and is high in adhesive force.
