A crude oil moisture content measuring method is characterized in that the method comprises the steps: acquiring a laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy wavelet transform coefficient of a standard crude oil sample and frequency spectrum data of a photoacoustic signal through pulse high-energy laser, and then taking the frequency spectrum data as input signals to construct a prediction model of thecrude oil sample moisture content; obtaining the laser-induced breakdown spectrum wavelet transform coefficient of the crude oil sample to be detected and the spectrum data of the photoacoustic signalby using the same method, and obtaining the moisture content of the crude oil sample to be detected by using the constructed prediction model of the crude oil moisture content. The method has the advantages that two signals generated by irradiating the crude oil with the pulse high-energy laser are fully utilized, and the two signals are combined, so that the moisture content of the crude oil tobe detected can be accurately obtained.
