Abstract

The invention discloses a method for in-situ synthesis of a single atom Bi0 bridged TiO2 @ BiOCl composite photocatalytic material. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly, preparing a TiO2 nanotube @ BiOCl nanosheet heterojunction rich in defects in a hydrothermal and annealing combined manner; and then generating a Bi0 monatomic interlayer in situ at the interface of TiO2 nanotubesand BiOCl nanosheets under the action of a xenon lamp in a CO2 and water vapor mixed atmosphere. The metal Bi0 single atoms with high electron cloud density can effectively guide electrons generated by the BiOCl to the surface of the TiO2, so that the CO2 photoreduction efficiency of the composite catalyst is improved; Bi-Ti bimetal sites are reconstructed on the surface of the TiO2 by the Bi0 single atoms released from the BiOCl, and therefore, the selectivity of the composite catalyst to a reduction product CH4 is greatly improved. The method has the advantages of novel idea, cheap and accessible raw materials, low cost, simple technique and favorable repetitiveness, and provides a new idea for developing a novel photoreduction CO2 catalyst.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of photocatalytic materials, in particular to an in-situ synthesis of single atom Bi 0 Bridged TiO 2 A method for @BiOCl composite photocatalytic materials. Background technique [0002] Combustion of fossil fuels and human activities have contributed to atmospheric CO 2 The ever-increasing content of carbon dioxide has led to numerous climate, environmental and energy issues becoming increasingly prominent. Therefore, it is necessary to develop low-cost catalysts with excellent catalytic performance to convert CO by photocatalytic means. 2 Converted to CO, CH 4 、CH 3 OH, CH 2 CH 2 and other high value-added carbon compounds to achieve CO 2 The utilization of energy is of great significance to solving environmental problems and energy crises. [0003] In many CO 2 Among catalytic energy utilization materials, TiO 2 Due to its non-toxic, cheap, stable chemical properties, and high catalytic activit...
