Abstract

The intelligent window structure comprises a quartz glass substrate with a flat surface and a tubular structure array which is formed on the substrate and is formed by curling a vanadium dioxide film; each tubular structure can work independently; and the vanadium dioxide film has sunlight regulation and control capability before and after phase change. The intelligent light control mode of the intelligent window comprises the steps that the vanadium dioxide film curls at room temperature, so that the curled area is completely pervious to light by quartz, and the light transmittance is improved; and at a high temperature, the curvature of the curled vanadium dioxide structure is reduced due to strain change generated byphase change until the curled vanadium dioxide structure is completely flattened on the surface of the quartz, and the curled vanadium dioxide structure is attached to the substrate again to form theplanar vanadium dioxide film. According to the three-dimensional movable intelligent window, the light transmittance at room temperature is improved, and the infrared limiting capability at high temperature is kept basically unchanged, so that the sunlight modulation capability of the intelligent window is improved.
