Thebeneficiation method comprises the following steps:transferring raw ore pulp into a flotation tank, and adding a carbonaceous trapping agent into the raw ore pulp to carry out floatability of carbon, lead and the like; heating bulk concentrates obtained by floatable operation such as carbon and lead, heating the bulk concentrates to 65-75 DEG C, and separating to obtain carbon concentrates and primary lead concentrates; adding a pH regulator intotailings of floatable steps such as carbon and lead to enable the pH value of the tailings of floatable steps such as carbon and lead to be 10-11, then respectively adding sphalerite inhibitors such as zinc sulfate and sodium sulfite, a lead mineral collecting agent such as dithio-N and a foaming agent, and carrying out flotation to obtain lead rough concentrate; and grinding the lead rough concentrate again, then adding a pH regulator is added, wherein the pH value of the lead rough concentrate is made to be 10-11, sodium sulfite is added, and secondary lead concentrate is obtained. The beneficiation method for the high-carbon refractory lead-zinc ore is low in impurity rate of flotation concentrate, and has the advantages of being easy to operate, stable in process, high in adaptability,convenient to manage on site and the like.
