The invention relates to application of lead-cadmium contaminated soil agronomic combination plus low-accumulation plants, which comprises the following steps of: (1) taking biomass charcoal (0, 15g and 30g), calcium superphosphate (0, 1.5g and 3g) and chicken manure compost (0, 15g and 30g) as research materials, taking orthogonal test design as a research method, and uniformly scattering a passivator into lead-cadmium contaminated soil; and (2) sowing a low-accumulation flower variety into the soil treated in the step (1) to emerge, survive and grow, absorbing metal cadmium or lead in the contaminated soil through the passivator in the soil and a flower root system, and transferring the metal cadmium or lead to the overground part.
