After bathing sewage is discharged, the bathing sewage is preliminarily filtered and treated through a hair removing device, a first filtering layer and a second filtering layer in the water treatment equipment, then heat exchange is conducted between the bathing sewage and a refrigerant in an evaporator in the sewage source heat pump unit through the immersion type heat exchanger, the refrigerant extracts heat energy from the sewage, a working medium of the evaporator absorbs heat to be gasified, subsequently passes through a compressor to generate high-temperature and high-pressure gas and then enters a condenser, and latent heat released by condensation exchanges heat with cold water in the water tank.
