Abstract

The technology sequentially comprises the following steps that (1) hardening and tempering treatment is performed; (2) carburizing in a controlled atmosphere is performed, specifically, the workpieces are placed in a controllable atmosphere furnace to be carburized, the carbon potential in the furnace is set to range from 1.0% to 1.2% during carburizing, the carburizing temperature is set to range from 920 DEG C to 950 DEG C, and the carburizing time is set according to the layer depth requirement of a carburized layer; (3) direct quenching is performed, specifically, the workpieces are cooled along with the furnace or cooled to 830-860 DEG C through introduction of nitrogen into the furnace, and after heat preservation is performed for 25-35 min, oil cooling is performed or nitrogen is introduced for cooling to the room temperature; and (4) low-temperature tempering is performed, specifically, tempering is performed for 1-2 h at the temperature of 100-200 DEG C.
