Problems solved by technology

[0004] However, the current quality standard only controls the total flavonol glycoside content in Ginkgo biloba leaves, stipulating that its content should not be less than 24%, and does not make specific requirements on the specific flavonol glycoside content. Due to the characteristics of multiple targets, quality control with a single indicator cannot guarantee the efficacy of the preparation, and multi-component quality control can better control the product quality of Ginkgo biloba leaves
There is no good quality control method to accurately reflect the quality status of ginkgo biloba leaf extract, intermediates and finished products, so it cannot be used for quality control in the production process and quality control of finished products

Abstract

The invention discloses a detection method of gingko flavonol glycosides. The detection method comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing reference substances and a test solution, the reference substances being rutin, hyperoside, isoquercitrin, quercetin-3-O-2''-glucose rhamnoside, kaempferol-3-O-beta-D-rutinoside, narcissoside, syringetin-3-O-beta-D-rutinoside, cosmosiin, quercetin-3-O-p-coumaroyl rhamnose glucoside and kaempferol-3-O-p-coumaroyl rhamnose glucoside reference substances; (2) performing detection; (3) establishing a standard fingerprint spectrum; and (4) calculating the content of common peaks in the fingerprint spectrum established in the step (3). According to the detection method, a specific standard fingerprint spectrum of the ginkgo flavonol glycosides is established, the content of main flavonol glycosides in gingko and related extracts and pharmaceutical preparations thereof can be accurately detected, and the accuracy, precision, reproducibility and stability are good.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a detection method of ginkgo flavonol glycosides, in particular to a detection method of ginkgo flavonol glycosides which can accurately detect the contents of main flavonoid glycosides in ginkgo and related extracts and pharmaceutical preparations. Background technique [0002] Ginkgo biloba is the dry leaf of Ginkgo biloba L. The cultivation area extends from Liaoning in the north, to Guangdong in the south, from Zhejiang in the east, to Shaanxi and Gansu in the west, and to Sichuan, Guizhou, and Yunnan in the southwest. It can be used for symptoms such as blood stasis blocking collaterals, chest pain and heartache. Its extract has various pharmacological effects such as improving cardiovascular and cerebrovascular circulation, protecting the heart, antagonizing PAF, and eliminating free radicals, and is often used to prevent and treat cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. There are many pharmacologically active ingr...
