The fixed shaft is connected with the fixed end cover, the fixed end cover and a pole shoe of the permanent magnet rotor are provided with intercommunicated screw holes, and the fixed end cover and the pole shoe are fixed through bolts and nuts. The motor stator comprises a stator punching sheet and a magnetism adjusting block, the motor stator is formed by stacking laminated silicon steel sheets, and the stator punching sheet and the magnetism adjusting block are integrated.
