Abstract

The invention discloses an SSR (simple sequence repeat) marker fingerprint spectrum of a hypsizigus marmoreus Finc-B-6 strain as well as a construction method and application of the SSR marker fingerprint spectrum. The SSR marker fingerprint spectrum consists of 6 pairs of SSR markers. The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) conducting mycelium culture; (2) extracting genome DNA (deoxyribose nucleic acid); (3) detecting the SSR molecular markers; and (4) conducting capillary electrophoresis detection. The application comprises the following steps: the hypsizigus marmoreus strain is subjected to SSR marker amplification, the obtained banding pattern is compared with the fingerprint spectrum, and if the banding pattern is consistent with the fingerprint spectrum, the strain is determined to be the hypsizigus marmoreus Finc-B-6 strain.
