The polypropylene wear-resistant layer comprises the following components: 93-97% of polypropylene resin, 3-8% of nano calcium carbonate, 2-10% of POE (polyethylene-octylene co-elastomer), 0.2-1% of a nucleating transparent agent, 0.2-0.5% of polyurethane, and 0.5-2% of polyethylene wax. After mixing and melting, a sheet-shaped transparent film with the thickness of 0.10-0.50 mm is extruded. The polypropylene decorative film for the floor surface facings does not contain formaldehyde, aldehyde additives, heavy metals and plasticizers, and has good toughness and strong long-term thermal stability.
