After the two-position five-way (four-way) electromagnetic valve is powered on, gas flows to the vacuum generator to serve as the power gas source for vacuum suction, the normally-open pneumatic valve cylinder communicates with the atmosphere without pressure, under the action of spring force, the pneumatic valve is opened, the sucked cavity is connected, and normal vacuum suction can be achieved.
