Abstract

Electromagnetic energy recovery mechanisms are installed between engine cylinder covers at the two ends of the free piston internal combustion engine generator and an external mechanism. Each electromagnetic energy recovery mechanism comprises a rotor assembly and a stator assembly matched with the rotor assembly, and a spiral spring is arranged between the rotor assembly and the stator assembly; the rotor assembly is installed on an engine cylinder cover and provided with a permanent magnet, and the stator assembly is installed on the external mechanism and provided with a coil corresponding to the permanent magnet; and the coil is connected with a control system of the free piston internal combustion engine generator, the control system is used for controlling whether the coil is powered on or not and the magnitude of the input current, and vibration control and energy recovery are achieved based on the electromagnetic energy recovery mechanisms.
