According to the method for preventing and treating the pine wilt disease by using the American pine wood nematode body surface bacteria, a pesticide application amount is determined according to the size of the diameter at breast height of the pine tree, and the ecological niche of the pine wood nematode body surface bacteria is replaced, so the prevalence rate of the pine tree is effectively reduced, and the survival rate of the pine tree is improved; a prevention and treatment period is prolonged, and the disease can be prevented for 2 to 3 years as the bacterial cell-free filtrate is applied once; and the method is easy to operate and low in cost, and the survival rate of the pine tree reaches 99% when the pine tree is treated with the method.
