Abstract

The invention discloses a gel-based button type zinc-air battery. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing an acrylamide monomer, an ether polymer and graphene oxide according to a certain proportion, and polymerizing in a constant-temperature box to prepare a gelatinous substance; dissolving the strongly alkaline solid particles in a proper amount of deionized water to prepare the strongly alkaline electrolyte; soaking the gel polymer formed by polymerization in a strong alkaline electrolyte to obtain the gel polymer electrolyte; and assembling a zinc foil, a gel polymer electrolyte and an air electrode into a three-layer structure, and then packaging the three-layer structure in a metal shell to be assembled into the button type zinc-air battery. The ether polymer and the graphene oxide are added into the acrylamide, so that the performance of the gel electrolyte is optimized; and in addition, due to the use of the gel electrolyte, the defects of electrolyte leakage and easy corrosion of a metal shell of a traditional button battery are overcome, and the charge-discharge performance and the cycle stability of the battery are improved. The battery is simple in structure and convenient to prepare, and has great development potential in the field of button batteries.
