Abstract

A treatment process of an antibacterial curtain comprises the following steps: step 1, pretreating a polyester curtain fabric to remove impurities on yarns of the polyester curtain fabric; step 2, carrying out erosion treatment on the fiber surface in the polyester curtain fabric; 3, ultrasonic cleaning is conducted in pure water, and drying is conducted till the moisture content is lower than 5%; 4, vacuum coating treatment is conducted on the polyester curtain fabric dried in the step 3, and a nano-silver antibacterial layer is evaporated on the fiber surface of the polyester curtain fabric; step 5, soaking in pure water in which a surfactant is dissolved for 1-2 hours, and drying at low temperature; 6, forming a protective layer on the fiber surface of the polyester curtain fabric by adopting an electropolymerization method, and washing with pure water; 7, softening, drying and shaping treatment are conducted, and an antibacterial curtain finished product is obtained. The antibacterial curtain prepared by the invention has lasting antibacterial property.
