The polyethyleneimine cooperates with the triazine compound and the hydrazine compound, so that the release of formaldehyde can be remarkably reduced, the precipitation of the polyethyleneimine, the triazine compound, the hydrazine compound and low-molecular-weight oligomer or polymer can also be remarkably improved, the low-mold-scale low-molecular-weight water-based paint has the advantage of low mold scale, and meanwhile, the mold scale is reduced within an optimal ratio range.
