Problems solved by technology

[0003] Natural cellulose has certain difficulties in direct dissolution due to its internal complex crystal region, amorphous region structure and hydrogen bonds, and the existing cellulose solvent system has many shortcomings of high cost and serious pollution. Therefore, Finding a clean and environmentally friendly effective solvent is the key to the development of cellulose science

Embodiment 1

[0029] Measure 64ml (0.8mol) of N-methylimidazole and 120ml (1.2mol) of 1-chlorobutane and mix them in a 250ml round bottom flask, heat, reflux, and stir in an oil bath at 100°C, and obtain a light yellow color after 12 hours liquid, the viscosity increases. Standing in the refrigerator gave a pale yellow waxy solid (BMIMC1).

[0030] According to the mass ratio of 3:100, 0.06g of natural cellulose was weighed and put into 2.00g of ionic solution BMIMC1, and heated in an oil bath at 70°C until it was completely dissolved.

[0031] In the present invention, deionized water or distilled water is selected as the regeneration and desolventization of cellulose, and the cellulose solution prepared by the ionic liquid BMIMC1 is evenly spread in a polytetrafluoroethylene mold placed horizontally, and the thickness of the film layer can be controlled according to the test requirements. Exhaust in a vacuum oven for 12 hours, take it out and let it stand on a level for 1 hour to ensure ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a cellulose solution which consists of ion liquids and cellulose with a ratio of 2-7:100 by weight and the process for preparing; in which, the said ion liquids consists of N-methylimidazole and n-butyl chloride with a mole ratio of 2:3. The process for preparing comprises preparing ion liquids, dissolving cellulose with ion liquids and preparing regenerated fiber film. The cellulose spinning solution can mix with many materials such as nanometre-sized silver antibiotic materials, then graft and mix with the pilin according to a proper proportion to prepare spinning fluid. The continuous yarn and the staple fiber are produced by devices and crafts of wet method.

Description

1. Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a cellulose solution and its preparation method and application, more particularly to a cellulose solution prepared from an ion solution, its preparation method and its application. 2. Background technology [0002] The traditional chemical reaction and separation process has caused serious pollution to the environment due to the use of a large amount of volatile organic solvents. Green chemistry is aimed at the source and characteristics of pollution to prevent pollution from the source by designing new routes, finding green alternative compounds and raw materials, and selecting high-efficiency catalysts. Aiming at the pollution caused by organic solvents, green alternative solvent technologies are commonly used at present, such as water and supercritical carbon dioxide as solvents. In recent years, a new type of green solvent - ionic liquids has attracted people's attention. Ionic liquid (Ionic liquid) is the abbreviatio...
