The invention discloses a preoperative intervention medicine composition for neurosurgery and a preparation method of the composition so as to solve the problem of prevention of shiver after idiopathic general anesthesia. The preparation method of the preoperative intervention medicine composition is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) respectively distilling sarcandra glabra, changnienia amoena, irkutsk anemone rhizome, poncirus bark, fragrant sarcococca herb and asarum forbesii coarse powder by using steam so as to extract volatile oil, collecting the volatile oil, mixing for later use, and reserving medicine residues for later use; (2) uniformly mixing satyrium root, spina gleditsiae, rhizoma cimicifugae, amblystegium serpens, pangolin and loofah sponge with the medicine residues obtained in the step 1, adding 4 times amount of water, adding water so as to decoct two times, decocting for one hour each time, combining decoction, and standing still, then adding 95% alcohol, the amount of which accounts for 3-4 times of the amount of liquid medicine to the decoction, standing still for 15 minutes, then centrifuging for 20 minutes at the speed of 3000rpm/min, taking centrifugate, concentrating and carrying out spray drying so as to obtain a primary material; and (3) spraying the volatile oil obtained in the step (1) into the primary material obtained in the step (2), uniformly mixing, grinding, sieving by using a 60-mesh sieve, and capsuling. The clinical experiment shows that the preoperative intervention medicine composition for prevention of shiver after idiopathic general anesthesia is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
