Abstract

The binary re-compounded oil soluble demulsifier for dewatering thick oil in oil field is prepared through preparing diblock alkylphenol oxyethylene oxypropylene ether copolymer with alkyl phenolic resin, ethylene oxide and propylene oxide and through reactdion at 120 deg.c; preparing diblock polyol oxyethylene oxypropylene ether copolymer through reaction at 130 deg.c; and mixing these two kinds of diblock copolymer in the weight ratio of 7 to 3 in mixed benzene solvent to form the binary re-compounded oil soluble demulsifier of 40 % concentration. The demulsifier is used for dewatering thick oil in oil field, and has the features of low required temperature, fast dewatering speed, high dewatering rate and regular oil-water interface.
