The process includes the following steps: 1. pre-esterification of well mixed material oil and methanol in a solid packed bed reactor filled with solid acid catalyst; 2. ester interchange reaction of the pre-esterified materials inside a tubular plug flow reactor to produce biological diesel oil and by product glycerin; and 3. separation.
